I AM A WIFE OF 52 YEARS, MOTHER OF A DAUGHTER AND SON, AND 4 GRANDSONS RANGING FROM 26 TO 20. A FORMER AUTOMOBILE DEALER, AND ENJOY RETIREMENT. MY HUSBAND STILL SELLS CADILLACS IN ST. PETER'S MO. WE DO SOME TRAVELING TO VISIT FRIENDS IN COLORADO AND TENNESSEE. THE REST OF OUR FRIENDS ARE IN ST. LOUIS. WE HAVE A HARLEY-DAVIDSON WHICH WE ENJOY TAKING SHORT TRIPS.

WE ARE FISH LOVERS WHICH I BAKE. I ALSO ENJOY CASSEROLES AND CROCK-POT MEALS. WE BOTH ENJOY LOW FAT MEALS, SO DO NOT FRY AT ALL. SOME GRILLED MEATS WE ENJOY. LOVE SALADS WITH MEAT AND CHEESE WITH HOT BREAD.

I RECEIVE RAVE REVIEWS WHEN I BAKE PORK TENDERLOIN, SOY SAUCE, ONIONS AND A LITTLE GARLIC COVERED FOR TWO HOURS. ALWAYS MOIST, TENDER AND YUMMY.
My cooking tragedies
STEAKS, I CANNOT DO STEAKS TO TURN OUT RIGHT. BAKE BEEF TENDERLOINS ONCE IN AWHILE, BUT TOO EXPENSIVE.
