I love to cook and try new things! My guy is is picky but as long as I can hide the veggies,he doesnt mind. My guy is a burger fanatic! I'm always looking for new ways to do this classic. Personally I like dishes that are more complicated, but I pride myself on being able to cook just about anything! My father is an excellent cook who taught me everything....including cooking from your soul. That just means we don't always measure ingredients and follow recipes! My godmother, Chrysalda Clay of Bermuda, taught me to make some great Bermudian/ British dishes. She was a wonderful cook who taught me recipes from Hot Cross Buns to Cassava Pie. Her lessons were invaluable. Rest In Peace Auntie Chrissy. There are so many tragedies I don't know where to begin! I have messed up everything from toast to chicken cordon blu!
