Boneless Buffalo Wings
I love buffalo chicken and was nervous about making my own, but this is an awesome recipe! It was easy to make and just as everyone else, I too had to add more flour. Overall, this was very flavorful and tasted just like the local restaurants. Great recipe that I will use again and again!

Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
What an amazing and delightful recipe; I felt like a gourmet chef! With my large bella mushrooms that I had no clue what to do with that evening, this recipe was tasty and filling. I added a pinch of fresh garlic (not to drown out the mushroom/crab taste) but just enough for a small tang. I will definitely add this to the keep file and use again...soon.

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
I never have yeast just "on hand" and this recipe is excellent compared to other crusts. I will say that I too feel more flour, less egg is the approach, and I added more seasonings as well; but overall it was a great crust and I will be using it again!
