Hey Everybody! I am a married mom of 2 little boys. I live in beautiful Huntersville, NC (Charlotte!). I am from Pittsburgh originally but I moved to NC in 94, met my Southern husband and I have been trying to cook like his mother ever since! Some successes, some failures but it is always fun trying! I am looking forward to sharing some new recipes with you all! Chicken, Italian, Mac and Cheese, all baking, desserts. Making tons of Christmas cookies to give out to my neighbors, family and friends. FINALLY made the entire Thanksgiving meal all by myself 2 years ago and everyone loved it! Made cornish hens for my friends (for the first time) and when they cut into it, the hens were still raw and pink inside! SO embarassing!
