Alysia's Basic Meat Lasagna

I love this lasagna recipe. Easy and flavorful. I do mix in some extra herbs (basil, oregano, pepper) and parmesan into the cheese mixture.

BAKER'S Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These turned out great - nice and chewy. I used natural peanut butter which gave it a rich peanut flavor and used half chocolate chunks and half Nestle swirled peanut butter and milk chocolate morsels. Yum!

Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake

This was amazing! With one substitution - I did use a gingersnap crust instead of the graham crumbs and I think it made all the difference. Great flavor!
