Creamy Pesto Pasta Salad with Chicken, Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes
This was awesome! We also had it without chicken since there was a vegetarian in the crowd. While the pine nuts were good, I don't personally think they were worth the $10 they cost. This is a great, refreshing, different pasta salad!

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage
This was really good! I added mushrooms, some balsamic vinaigrette and substituted eggplant for the yellow squash since the grocery store was out. We really enjoyed it and will make again... light and tasty!

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip
One of our favorite appetizers! We love it! I chose it because others reviewed it as restaurant quality and that is definitely true, even better than many restaurants!
