Chili Cheese Dip III
I also prefer baking over microwave. It's a much more even heat, and the cream cheese melts into the chili... who wants clumps of cream cheese on the bottom?? And for a nice variation, put a layer of salsa over the chili before adding the cheese.

French Silk Chocolate Pie II
I have been making this recipe for years now... but recently moved, and lost my recipe card! I came across this on a search... thankfully! The only thing I do differently, however, is that I use egg beaters. I have a hangup about eating raw eggs... and can't always find pasturized... so the eggbeaters work well as a substitute.
