Pumpkin Cookies V
i also used cream cheese icing different than frosting but also yummy. some prefered it but others liked the"caramel" which is more like maple.

Pumpkin Roll II
this was good w/ some variations. i used 2xs as much filling and about 2xs as much pumpkin(made it much moister). i also used pecans instead of walnuts and added nutmeg too. at our thnxgiving dinner everyone there said it was the best they ever had.

Heavenly Shortbread
this is prlly the best shortbread i have ever had. better than store bought. i used it as a crust for my cheesecake also and it was amazing!!!
