Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
I used 7 granny apples, 3/4 brown sugar, 1/4 white sugar, added the vanilla to the mixture and poured it all on the apples prior to putting in a baking shell. Even 7 apples were too many, so I took about half an apple, with a little of the juice and poured it over and fed my grandson which he loved. I used Marie Callendar pie crusts, and no one could tell the difference. Thanks for a great recipe. My family raved about this one.

World's Best Pumpkin Pie
I followed the advice of using 3/4 milk (but I used nonfat) and 3/4 cup white sugar as well as the 1/2 cup brown sugar. I also used egg beaters in place of 2 eggs and 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. I also used the Marie Callendar pie crust. These pies came out perfect! They went in a flash on Thanksgiving.
