Warm Bacon Spinach Salad
Became too thick for me. I tried adding more water and vinegar and just found it became to vinegar-y!

Honey-Glazed Snack Mix
Very easy and very good. I was worried that it might not be crispy. But it was crisp and sweet. Will make again.
