Seven Spiced Shark Steaks

I chose this recipe for my first time having shark, and I was not disappointed.I did cut down to 1 tablespoon chili powder and black pepper as I don't care for too much hot spices. I will definatly make the rub to try with other meats.

Red, White, and Blue-Misu

This is a very refreshing twist to a classic tiramisu. I could only give it four stars because it does lack a little in flavor without the coffee liquer. I will definatly make this again.

KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* Pole Vault Triple

I made these for a kid friendly dessert. They were such a big hit, I barley got them made before the kids started to eat them. I also like how versitile they are. I made them with stawberries, grapes, bananas and apple. I cheated a little as I didn't have time to make the rice krispy treats so I used the premade ones. I will definatly be making these again and again.

Asparagus with Sesame Butter

I love fresh spring asparagus steamed with a little salt and pepper, so I was hesitant with this heavy butter sauce. It lacked a little in flavor. Next time I will try a little lemon juice in it to give a citric kick of flavor.

Tropical Mango Mousse Cups

Although this is a light and refreshing dessert, I was a little let down with the lack of flavor from the mango and the over powering flavor of the lime zest. It also lacked the firm body of a mousse. I will make this again with a few changes; fresh whipped cream instead of Cool Whip, more cream cheese and less lime zest. A definate keeper for a hot summer evening.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

these are the best I have ever had. When boiled they tend to be bitter, but roasting them really brings out the yummy flavors. Thank you for a great recipe.

this is always a loved classic in our house. i bought heart and lips cookie cutters for valentine's day, and a bag of strawberry marshmallows just for this recipe. excellent with chocolate trim and decorations.

Basic Vegetable Stock

this is a great vegetable stock, and is helpful in cutting back on food waste by using what you have on hand. i used extra herbs in place of the salt for a no sodium broth with all the flavor. my only suggestion is - DO NOT TOSS THE VEGGIES - these can be used in healthy smoothies by using approxamatly 1/2 cup cooked veggies with 1 cup liquid of choice, i prefer a mild juice like apple or pear to add a little sweetness.

this is an excelent soup. the reason i only gave it 4 stars is because it uses so much canned items. i will definatly be making this again, but tweeking it to use less canned and more fresh items.

this is a very good recipe. i like the chocolate chips in it, but the added chocolate chips on top is too much for my taste. definatly will be making this again, without the extra chocolate on top.

Lemon Snowballs

These cookies are very easy to make, and very tasty. I made my first batch as the recipe states. The only thing I might change is leaving out the almonds as I don't care too much for any type of nut. I do love the citrus taste, it is very light and refreshing. I will be making these for my Christmas cookie/candy platters.
