I love to cook. It is my hobbie, my relaxation and I hope someday to be a professional at it. I'll try to cook anything but my favorite is Italian. I'm also starting to enjoy baking. My family and my husband's family are Italian and that's what I've grown up with and my true love. I love making everything from scratch. My next adventures will be canning and baking bread. I don't have any. Well, maybe one...when I first learned how to make souffles, it was difficult and took a while for me to master. The first ones fell everytime. Thank goodness that challenge is behind me.
