I work full time and am a mother of 3. We are always trying to create new items/meals to eat in our household (to please everyone). Though my boyfriend does most of the cooking, I cook about 3 to 4 meals a week.

Banana Chocolate Chip Dessert
Really great and moist! Everyone in my house loved this and we did use the cool whip and chocolate syrup.

Salsa Chicken
Very easy...very good! We love chicken, but the kids get burned out of chicken (about 4 nights a week) so we try to do something different each time...this was a success! WE served it with corn and VIGO rice...

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
These were very tasty...We served them to a few guests...not a single one left (and we made about 30). I actually stuck to the recipe with these and it was great! (okay so i added a little extra garlic...does that count?)
