Amish Macaroni Salad
Good. This is not something that you can eat a lot of. I made this as an only side and feel that it would have been received better if it was a second or third side. I also found that the recipe yields too much dressing so I had to make and extra cup of macaroni.

Pollo Fajitas
Slightly average result. I have had plenty of prepackaged marinades that have much more flavor. I followed the recipe exactly.

Pig Picking Cake III
I really thought this would have more flavor. I found the cake soft and fluffy but, rather bland as well. The mandarin oranges really did not add much to the cake mix.
