Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
Delicious! I baked for exactly 8 minutes and got a very soft, chewy texture. The dough was pretty tacky for me to work with so I put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes and in between batches. That firmed it up so it was much easier to roll into balls. Overall, it produced a yummy cookie! Thanks.
