Hi! I am a mother of 4 who loves to cook and feed people fun yummy comfort food. I love to cook French and savory foods. I love butter, cream, sherry and wine in my recipies. Oh but who doesn't! We love to sit down on Christmas morning to a huge Christmas breakfast before sitting down to open presents. Yummy! Friends and family always seem to invite themselves over when I making a new dish. I once made a chocolate fudge wedding cake that was 4 tiers for my husband's and my 25 anniversary. The final product tasted great but I had to wash off the homemade icing and quickly move on to plan B . . . store bought! Uggg! I'm not one for exact measurements.
