The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
Great chili recipe. I made it without the crumbles and subbed cans of tomatoes with green chiles instead of using separate cans of each. I also added one can of crushed tomatoes since I prefer my chili thicker. Everyone loved it. Will definitely be making this often.

Blueberry Pumpkin Muffins

Nice bread with an interesting flavor. I needed to make these sugar-free, so I used splenda, dark agave syrup and whole wheat flour. I also used unsweetened applesauce for most of the butter. H2 and I both enjoyed it and will definitely be making it again.

Caribbean Zucchini Bread

Since I've seen the rave reviews for this I decided to make it for H2's last day at work to share with his staff. Since H2 is diabetic, I used all whole wheat flour and subbed splenda and sugar-free maple syrup for the brown sugar. The batter was a little dry so I needed to add 1 cup of water. It smelled amazing while baking and I could hardly wait to "sample" some before sending it out. Thanks Tahoegirl for the great recipe.

No-Guilt Zesty Ranch Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2009
Made this several times. First time without the horseradish (didn't have any) or bacon bits. Loved it either way. H2 and I use it as a dip or salad dressing. I've even used it for breakfast (spread on toast instead of butter with a sliced hard boiled egg). Great recipe.

Cut-Out Cookies in a Flower Pot

I halved the recipe and made these for MIL's birthday bouquet as well as Easter basket fillers. I rolled the dough in a combination of flour/powder sugar to prevent the dough from becoming tough and dry when re-rolling. The cookies turned out great when frosted with the sugar cooking icing from AR. My daughters said they tasted like Eat'n Park smiley cookies. Recipe is definitely a keeper.

Sugar Free Sour Cream Linzer Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
I made a half of recipe for new hubby. I used a homemade sugar-free mixed berry jam and "fake" powder sugar to dress them up. They went very quickly -- next time I will have to make the full recipe!
