Mom of 2 wonderful daughters, although they don't live with me. My email is toms.cartbabe at yahoo.com. I enjoy cooking and baking just about anything. My favorites would be whatever someone else enjoys eating (i.e. my favorite thing to cook for my youngest daughter would be her favorite -- macaroni and cheese). I also like to try to recreate foods that my family enjoys. After a while, whenever my daughters would try something that they enjoyed they would ask, "So can you make this too?" I am of Polish decent and enjoyed watching and helping my Mom and Grandmas in the kitchen. My fondest memories are of the Easter and Christmas holidays. I enjoy any type of cooking and baking, but I guess making the cakes for my Mom & Dad's 25th wedding anniversary and my brother's wedding would be two of my baking triumphs. About 2 years ago when I was baking pie crust cinnamon rolls for my daughter's graduation party. Had the 2 dalmatians baracaded in the living room and the kitchen table covered with them to cool before packaging them up. Left the kitchen to get something and when I came back the female was standing on the almost empty table. There were only 6 left. I could have cried.
