Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Very delicious! The whole family enjoyed this. I was putting off making it for a Sunday becasue I thought it would take some time but it was actually faster than most dinners I make during the week!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
Oh my! This is a great recipe. I followed it to a "T". First of all, I baked them for a church lunch. After I tasted them, I wasn't sure they were going to make it to the church! At the church, it was the most requested dessert. Making this one again for sure!!

Easy Cheap and Yummy Casserole
It was pretty good and easy just like the title of the dish. I used 2 packages of jiffy mix and should have baked it longer and lower heat but I didn't have time. That was my fault. I will make this again for sure!
