Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
Great taste but 350 degrees cooked the outside of the bread too fast and after 50 minutes the inside was still raw. Next time I will cook at 300 degrees for a longer period to prevent the outside from burning.

Zucchini Coconut Loaf
I just made this recipe and its really good. I added chocolate chips instead of raisins though and I added a 1/2 cup of sourcream since people had said it was on the dry side. I would definitely make this again.

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce
A few people have said to half the spices but I think maybe they are using "ground" basil and oregano instead of flakes. Using the dried flakes the seasoning is right on- I love, love, love this recipe!
