Amy's Barbecue Chicken Salad
I just had this last night. It's really yummy. I didn't have any french fried onions on hand so I cooked up some onion rings and put them on top of the salad. It was a perfect combination with a nice crunch.

Hot and Sour Chicken and Cabbage Soup
It's taken me about a month to finally rate this soup but I have to say it is excellent. I had never used egg to drizzel over a soup before and was a little leery but it looked and tasted fantastic. A real keeper.

Green Banana Fries
I was a little nervous about this one but i love trying new things. I have to say it was shockingly good. You really can hardly taste the difference from potato fries except for a slight sweetness. Sooooo good, I'll make these again!!
