I am a homemaker, mother of two sweet boys and wife to a wonderful husband. I love to cook. One of my greatest joys is to see folks enjoy a meal I prepared. I like to cook big pots of stew, soup, and gumbo. I enjoy cooking special requests for my family on their birthdays. XD The first time I made a New York style cheese cake was perfect. :) When I'm under the weather my cooking suffers. I've even had to scrap the whole dish and buy burgers or order pizza. :(
