Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
Came out very good, very simple. This was the first turkey I've ever done myself. We used more butter and baked in a bag but I think next time I would skip the bag and baste it. I read through a lot of the member suggestions and used less season salt as well. The meat literally fell off the bone, the legs and wings virtually disintegrated into the mixture at the bottom of the pan and was very moist.

Chi Tan T'ang (Egg Drop Soup)
After having my wisdom teeth out I was desperate for a soft soup recipe (and one I happened to have all the ingredients in house for) - this one was AWESOME! Followed the directions to the letter and have now made it 4 times since. Very simple and great taste/consistency. Thanks!
