Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies
just made these, yummmmy, i was looking for a cookie that was a bit healthier, lol. i used coconut oil since i don't buy shortening, i used greek yogurt because that's what i had & added some chopped almonds, yummy, i did half brown sugar & half stevia but that's my mix, so good. a little note, the cookies don't really spread, mine didn't so after you put them on the sheet press them down a little bit, chewy, good texture, soft, awesome.

Banana Banana Bread
I used this recipe yesterday & i'm using it again tonight:) this is great.. my changes i used a fine whole wheat flour, tonight i'm using oat flour. i didn't measure the bananas the first time, just picked 3 ripe ones, tonight i'm using 4. for me i lessened the sugar because if the bananas are over ripe you don't need a lot of sugar on top of that. i used barely a 1/4 cup of some organic sugar i had & it was barely that much, i added vanilla essence & my other stuff (nutmeg, cinnamon, ground cloves etc) also added some chopped walnuts. tonight i added some chocolate chips to the mix & i'm baking in a muffin tin instead but i took yesterday's batch to the office & i was lucky to have a slice for myself. this is a great recipe

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread
just had a piece, even with my changes this is awesome. it's so good it made me curse lol i've been looking for a gingerbread recipe, buying it at starbucks adds up & theirs is full of who knows what so i like to make stuff instead. anyway when i read through this recipe i knew that there was no way in the world that it would be enough "spice/ginger" to make this taste like a gingerbread. my changes. i used oat flour, truvia instead of sugar, kept the butter & also added some applesauce. i also used 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 2 teaspoons of ginger, a little bit more cloves, also added a dash or two of nutmeg i ran out of molasses so i only wound up using a half cup since that's all i had left, this is so good, nice & moist & since i added more spices, gingery. once i get to the store tomorrow to get more molasses i will be baking it again:) if i use the applesauce again i'll do half sauce & half butter
