Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce
AAAAAAAMAZING!!!!! This stuff is so good. A++++ from husband, parents & company. We now eat it with everything, it is THAT good! The left overs are for chips & dip and we fight over who gets to scrape the bowl :)

Hot Fudge Sauce II
This is excellent!!! I made it for a church activity and people were joking about drinking it instead of the punch! It was wonderful, perfect consistency and great flavor!

Day Before Mashed Potatoes
This was delicious. I made it for Thanksgiving and used the crock pot and it turned out great! My husband said they were the best mashed potatoes he has ever had. I added the cheese and crumbled bacon.
