This is a KEEPER! My first Thanksgiving to cook a bird... My husband held his tongue as I rubbed in the salt. He looked down his nose when I poured in the wine. My mother chimed in that I was cooking the bird upside down. (Breast side down) Everyone was concerned when I didn't baste the bird. HA - THE TURKEY WAS GORGEOUS! Evenly cooked, juicy and flavorful. Quite easy - Truly the PERFECT TURKEY.

This is a KEEPER! I used Sage sausage. It turned ordinary stuffing into an instant family favorite. Everyone had seconds. Still outstanding the next day.
