I absolutely love to cook. It is not just a hobby and part time job it is a passion. Cakes, decorated cakes and other desserts are my favorite to make but I love cooking other things as well. Ah Christmas time is the best. Turkey, Dressing, Ham, sweet potato casserole, coconut cake. Just thinking about it I can smell the wonderful aromas.. perhaps the biggest triumph is that everyone wants to have a seat at my dinner table. I have learned over the years if you have questions about recipes or dishes you should try cooking the item as a "test run" before you really have to have it. Most problems, short of burning something, can be corrected.
