Curried Chicken 'N' Broccoli
This was a very simple, yet delicious, recipe!! I used fresh broccoli and the rest of a roast chicken that I had made earlier this week. I was out of cream of chicken soup, so I substituted cream of mushroom. Finally, I did not add any salt and I used a whole teaspoon of curry (and it was not overpowering at all). It took a little persuading to get my 3 year old to try it, but she did tell me she "loved" it, in the end. I will definitely be using this recipe again.

Mom's Coleslaw
Absolutely love this recipe. It is so easy and so delicious - I did use red wine vinegar, because I was out of cider vinegar, but it didn't really make a difference, other than the pink tint! We have already had this twice and will continue to use it.

Dallas-Style Sloppy Joes
I did make a few changes. I did not add the bell pepper and I substituted tomato sauce and tomato paste for the ketchup. But it turned out quite delicious! We've always made my mom's old standbye recipe, and it was good. But even she said this was excellent. We will definitely use this one again.
