Mom's Coleslaw
Absolutely love this recipe. It is so easy and so delicious - I did use red wine vinegar, because I was out of cider vinegar, but it didn't really make a difference, other than the pink tint! We have already had this twice and will continue to use it.

Dallas-Style Sloppy Joes
I did make a few changes. I did not add the bell pepper and I substituted tomato sauce and tomato paste for the ketchup. But it turned out quite delicious! We've always made my mom's old standbye recipe, and it was good. But even she said this was excellent. We will definitely use this one again.

Shrimp Egg Salad
This was easy and delicious. I did add some diced celery to give it a little crunch. I plan on leaving out the dill the next time I make it. We served it on fresh croissants and it made a wonderful meal for a hot summer night.
