Potato Chip Cookies II
My knitting group raves over this one. I get asked to make them for every party. With and without pecans. They just melt in your mouth. Try them! Don't forget to sprinkle with powdered sugar hot out of the oven.

Mango Cream Cheese Pizza
Easy and delicious! I used pineapple cream cheese with the mangos and it was wonderful. I took this to a dinner party for an appetizer and it disappeared. I've also tried it with pineapple cream cheese with manderine oranges! Yummy!!!! So easy!

Armadillo Eggs
This is great. It does take some time to put together but they are gone as soon as you put them on the table. Well... as long as everyone likes HOT food! Fantastic!
