Cake with Buttercream Decorating Frosting
WONDERFUL frosting!!!! I just finished making this for a birthday cake for my daughter. I did make a slight change though...it was a little too sweet for me after I added the final pound of sugar. I ended up cutting in about another 2/3 c. butter and then maybe 1/4 shortening. Next time I will add the last pound of sugar in increments and taste as I go. Once I got it just right....it was sheer heaven!!

Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes
Great recipe, but you have to make sure you squeeze, squeeze, squeeze out as much liquid as you can from the zucchini. My son loved them, and I can only get this kid to willingly eat 4-5 vegetables. They were good cold. Definitely a keeper.

Cinnamon Rolls III
These cinnamon rolls were fabulous! The only thing I did different was use French Vanilla pudding mix since it was what I found in the cupboard. This was the first time I had ever made cinnamon rolls from scratch. We have cinnamon rolls every year for Christmas breakfast, and I usually buy the canned ones. Not this year though. We've been reading labels for the last 6 months or so and the canned ones have corn syrup, so they dropped off our list. But we still had to have the cinnamon rolls and this recipe proved to be a 1000 times better than the canned. I will be making these for Christmas breakfast from now on.
