Butterscotch Bread Pudding
This was awesome. Following other suggestions I used 1 cup of brown sugar, added some dried fruit, cinnamon, salt, and 2 tbsps. of rum. Cooked it for 1 1/2 hours - it didn't need any sauce, though I suppose a vanilla cream sauce would go well with it.
