Baked Ziti I
I substituted sweet Italian sausage instead of ground beef and used Prego for the sauce. It turned out great. Loved the recipe! This is a definte keeper.

Chili Rick's
All the reviews were right about cutting the barbeque sauce by 1/3. It just didn't have the chili kick to it. I even tried using jalapenos with the diced tomatoes to give it a kick the secibd time I made it but there was still something missing. I used venison instead of ground beef the second time. I think it turned out a little better but the kick is definitely missing. I liked the recipe because it was easy to make but I'll still play around with it to achieve perfection.

Absolute Mexican Cornbread
I made this to complement my chili during a chili cook off. It was more popular than my chili. A big hit with people of all ages. Kids even liked it. People wanted the recipe. I had to make another batch the next day since I had only a few pieces of leftovers.
