Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
A really hearty weeknight meal. Added fresh garlic and served on a bed of rice. My family loved it.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
This was easy to make and the taste was pretty good. I used a combination of strawberries and blueberries and added a little lemon juice to the berries and the zest of one lemon which really made a difference.

Frozen Caramel Latte
This recipe is such a money saver! I will no longer buy my frozen lattes from the local bakery, these are so much better. I do not have an espresso machine so, I followed the advice of previous members and used 3t of coffee granules-that's the only substitution I made.
