Easy Decadent Truffles
These were just OK. I had to leave them in the fridge for well over an hour before they were firm enough to shape. I used swirled white and semi sweet chocolate chips and added some almond extract. I took them out, rolled them in nuts and left them to set some more. Then I dipped them all in milk chocolate. They were very pretty, but much too sweet even though I reduced the sugar by half.
