I am a student majoring in Aerospace Engineering. I cook for fun. Mostly just to feed my roommate so we don't starve. I like cooking for my friends.
My favorite things to cook
I love everything I cook. I love cooking foods from different parts of the world. I try to stick mostly to traditional recipes, fresh ingredients and almost everything has to be made from scratch.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family is Chinese. My grandmother makes traditional Cantonese style cooking and I try to mimic her.

Stuffed Green Peppers I
I used sausage and a giant can of crushed tomatoes and divided it between the filling and the sauce that's poured on top. I did not have cheddar so used mozzarella. It was still awesomely delicious. Sprinkled some Parm cheese after it was done baking and broiled it to golden brown. Sooo good!
