I am a student majoring in Aerospace Engineering. I cook for fun. Mostly just to feed my roommate so we don't starve. I like cooking for my friends. I love everything I cook. I love cooking foods from different parts of the world. I try to stick mostly to traditional recipes, fresh ingredients and almost everything has to be made from scratch. My family is Chinese. My grandmother makes traditional Cantonese style cooking and I try to mimic her.
