This is absolutely terrific! I used very little salt, and added a few carrots. This is definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing.

I had a pound of hamburger and 3 hungry men coming in for dinner. I scanned the Allrecipes site for something new and found this. At first, I wasn't too sure it would "pass inspection", but after my picky 12 yr. old helped himself to a third serving, I knew I'd found a winner. This dish is going in the family recipe book. I made this last night and added onions and mushrooms. I topped it off with breadcrumbs and thin pats of butter. I never saw my family snarf a casserole so fast! Great time saver! Thanks Gloria.
