I made this for Christmas Eve dinner and it was a hit. The sweet from the maple syrup really offsets the fish taste of the salmon. It will make a salmon lover out of any one! Beware, I was surprised at how expensive Maple syrup was but it really made the difference in the recipe, well worth it!

Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

I followed the recipe exactly and they were very bland and boring. The only reason I gave them two stars is because they are from scratch, try another recipe!

Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken

Really easy to put together with items on hand in the kitchen and very flavorful. I used more lemon to suite my taste. I used the left over chicken to make chicken pot pie the next day.

Chicken Potpie

Holiday Punch II

I did not have Almond extract and I used Vanilla instead and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved it, both kids and adults!!

Candied Sweet Potatoes

OMG! It gets 5 stars and I did not even bake it yet! It is for the YMCA Thanksgiving celebration so I needed a no nut recipe and WOW it was delicious! I am not a fan of yam/sweet potatoes but this is a keeper!

Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful! I am not a huge fan of sweet potatoe but this was exceptional and easy. I assembled the casserole at home, refrigerated it and then baked it for an hour later in the day. Thanks for the recipe and I intend on making it for many years to come.
