Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries
These are awesome!! Just made these tonight using 4 oz ramekins, made them before dinner, stuck em in the fridge and put in the oven just as we were clearing dinner. I was so excited about how good these were. I thought they looked a bit undone after 11 minutes so I left them in there an extra minute, which I shouldn't have. Only the 1st one was really gooey inside. By the time I had the other ones out, they were setting. I will definitely be making these again, soo easy to make!! And so yummy!!

Watermelon Pops
Made these over the Memorial Day weekend, big hit, more with the adults than the kids. I made some with choc chips and some without. I think it was better off without them. I followed the advice of previous reviewers and froze the whip cream layer for a few minutes before adding the lime layer and did use a ziploc baggie to squeeze it in there even though I still had to use a spoon to push it down to layer it evenly. Overall, everyone was very impressed. Would defly do again, prob red, white and blue for the 4th!

Candied Yams
Made this at Thanksgiving dinner and it was all gone! Even the older relatives ate it who aren't big yam fans, big hit and so simple to make.
