Baked Sweet Potato Sticks
I enjoyed this recipe. I was making for T-day meal I cut the potatos into french fry size slices and used the Savory option (paprika,chili powder etc.) and made also the sweet option.
I made the olive oil w/ ginger,clove,nutmeg,allspice and cinnimon. Cooked as directed, then melted butter and added dark brown sugar and made a glaze. After the potatos were done placed them in a serving dish and drizzled the brown sugar glaze on top, both kinds went over well. This was at a house where very few liked sweet potatoes
