Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries
I love recipes like this-easy to follow and turn out great! On the advice of other reviews, I used boneless skinless chix breasts, cut lengthwise and reduced the amt of olive oil. I put potatoes and chicken in a bowl with 1/4 c olive oil, fresh herbs and garlic powder, s&p and mixed to coat. I cooked potatoes alone for first 30 mins then added the chix for last 30 mins. Potatoes were nice and crispy on top and chicken was flavorful and moist! Thanks for the recipe!
