Irish Cream Truffle Fudge
Easy to make & EXCELLENT!! I made NO revisions to this recipe other than using a larger pan than suggested (tastes the same, just not as thick!) AWESOME flavor! I will definately be adding this to my annual christmas candies!!

Pumpkin Pie Pudding
This was very good & way easy! I doubled the recipe for a work function and cooked on high - it took about 4 hours. I think I will like it better cooled - but have gotten many compliments. I served it with gingersnaps and cool whip. It makes an impressive dessert for fall.

Shrimp Marinaders
This was easy, but not very good, unless you like your shrimp to taste like vinegar & smell like onion! I won't make it again
