Vegetable Beef Soup II
Definitely need to use canned beef broth instead of water. Instead of celery and carrots, I used frozen veggies and it turned out delicious! I also used ground beef instead of sirloin. A great basic recipes for your own favorite add-ins!

Easy Sour Cream Cheesecake
This is the best ever cheesecake...added a Tbs. fresh lemon juice. Served plain for Easter dinner and will always use this recipe for cheesecake. Thanks for submitting it!

Quick Creamy Potato Soup
Great recipe for us with just a minor change. Used one can cream of celery and a little more milk. The cream of chicken just didn't sound good to me. Didn't use the dill weed either. Delicious warmed over for lunch the next day! Enjoy!
