I did not like this at all. I am starting to think maybe I did something wrong, but I don't think so. It is very dense and has a strange consistency. Somehow I don't really like the taste either, but I don't know why because there is nothing out of the ordinary in it. Maybe it's the OJ? Can't put my finger on it, but not my taste.

I am a novice Christmas-cookie maker, and tried these cookies with the "Sugar Cookie Icing" from this site. These cookies are really delicious, but it is a VERY large recipe. Another reviewer said she would double the recipe- not unless you are feeding an army!!! I used fairly large cookie cutters and the cookies were of average thickness (probably 1/4-1/2"), and I got SEVEN DOZEN cookies out of it. This is great, but it took me forEVER, especially to frost them. Very tasty though; I recommend. Thanks!
