Eileen's Meatloaf
Great variation on meatloaf, and there are many. I used 1 lb lean hamburger and half lb. italian sausage. 1 16 0z. light sour cream. 2 onion soup pkg. several tb. spoons worchshire. 2 eggs.
Cup and half italian bread crumbs. 1 diced onion and a minced jap for a kick. Salt and pepper. Cooked @ 350 for about an hour covered. Topped with tomato sauce cooked uncovered another 15 minutes. The result was a giant italian
meatball in the form of a meatloaf. Very good !!! Makes good sandwiches or crumble for pizza topping.
