Carrot Cake III
This is my 2nd year making this cake for my hubby's birthday. I have followed most of the changes that everyone else has made and I LOVE this cake! This will always be the recipe I go to.

Prego(R) Porcupine Meatballs
My kids love these meatballs! This is my go-to recipe for a quick and easy dish that is also very inexpensive. The flavor is excellent. I have also tried it with ground turkey sausage and omitted the seasoning. Came out great that way too!

Amish Sugar Cookies
These cookies taste good, but were not what I was looking for. They are a drier, more crumbly cookie-almost like shortbread. I love a soft, chewy sugar cookie. But the taste is great. I added a bit of salt and almond extract like others suggested and my kids are eating them up!
