Sweet and tangy. Delicious. I'm not from Pittsburgh and I don't like ketchup or sweet relish but I loved it.

Yummy! Everyone loved it and it was so easy! I used only half the cream cheese, though.

Well, my mom and I thought this was great. My husband and kids were not thrilled. I used all sweet potatoes instead of white. It is a bit sweet.

Delicious. Should probably store leftovers in refirgerator, though. Ours turned "funky" within a couple of days. It was great fresh and warm, though! My kids thought it was the best.

They were pretty good. People thought it was carrot cake. I frosted it with cream cheese frosting. I found the wild rice bits to be a bit chewy and obtrusive.

Onion Soup Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2009
This was delicious! My husband and 5 year old gobbled it up. I served it with a vegetable. I have a few tips, though. 1. 2 pork chops is not enough meat for the rice. 4 would be better, but a fattier cut of pork is even better! 2. I used about 2 1/2 cups of water and still had a lot of liquid leftover. I was glad! I scooped out the rice with a slotted spoon. I had saved the skillet I browned the pork in and it's rendered fat. I heated that up and added a couple of tablespoons of flour. Cooked for a couple of minutes. Whisked in the leftover liquid and boiled for a minute. What a lovely gravy! 3. Depending on the variety, wild rice cooking time can vary a lot. So, some people's reviews said their rice wasn't cooked and that is why. I added boiling water to the pan before baking. That will speed up your cooking of the rice. Overall, delicious!!

Buttermilk Pound Cake I

Moist and tasty! Changes made: Used unsalted butter instead of shortening Doubled lemon extract Added lime zest (would have done lemon, but only had limes on hand!) Baked at 350 for 45 min (as suggested by another reviewer) It was delicious and moist! My kids and hubby loved it even though it didn't have any frosting which is rare for them. Hubby and I loved it, too!

Delicious!! My hubby thinks it would be extra good with berries instead of apples - just skip the microwaving step. I love that you can always have the ingredients on hand. It would be good with canned pears or peaches - again skip the microwave step. Thanks for sharing!
