Stuffed Pork Chops II

- My Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe - Ingredients: 4 Boneless Thick-Cut Pork Chops 1 Box of Stuffing Mix, Prepared 12-16 Slices of Bacon Dash of Salt Dash of Pepper Directions: Preheat oven to 325º. Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions or make your favorite homemade stuffing and set aside to cool. Using a sharp knife, cut into the side of each pork chop all the way to the opposite side to make a deep pocket for the stuffing. Push cooled stuffing into the pockets of each pork chop and season the outside of the meat with salt and pepper. Wrap each pork chop with 3-4 slices of raw bacon and hold on with toothpicks inserted into the end of the bacon and through the pork meat to the other side of the pork chop. Fry the pork chops in a pan with low-medium heat a few minutes on each side to crisp the bacon then remove the toothpicks. Place chops in a dish and bake at 325º for 45-60 minutes or until pork meat is no longer pink.
