Garlic Chicken with Orzo Noodles
This was good and I will probably make it again. I didn't give this 5 stars because it doesn't knock your socks off, but its a good and easy side dish. When I make it again I will probably use wine as someone suggested to deglaze the chicken and may add more parmesan to the dish rather than just a topping to add some more flavor. I did cheat and use canned chicken which may have affected the dish's outcome, but like I said-it was easy and good. Overall a light dish that seemed healthy.

Quinoa with Peas and Parmesan
This was very yummy. My husband enjoyed it too. Only changes I made were based on others' reviews so I used more tomatoes, wine, peas and paremesan. Used chicken broth instead of vegetable. Used olive oil instead of coconut. I also liked the fact that we were eating something that was pretty good for us too. I will def make this again.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
I've already made this recipe twice since finding it only a few weeks ago- its really good. I didn't make any changes.
