Well, Miss Marley Poo is growing taller!    She has a habit of following me and bumping me in the back of the knees.    It hits this nerve that almost sends you to the floor! I think, she thinks its funny!   She is a pretty good girl!   (Danny says...She's a puppy but they are not HIS shoes!) So...she remodels all my flipflops! Ummm, Maybe my fault, shouldn't leave them out, I know!   She has a stubborn streak!   She gets to hunting moles or bugs...her nose turns ON ...and her ears turn OFF!   Quite irritating when she gets near the road  (dead end, don't worry so much) and I can scream my head off!   Darn Deaf Dog!   So when I finally corral her back into the house....I lit every stinky candle in the house!   Smell that Muttso!   Teehee!   Here are her new pics...

Your family room floor looks like it could be in my house. From the socks which Charlie, golden #1, takes off of "dad", to toy stuffens which both Charlie and Duke, golden #2, like to do. Dogs and husband have selective hearing, Ha, ha! Enjoy your puppy.

She's gorgeous, Cindy, but you know that! She's lucky that you found her.

Your floor looks like ours when our 10 mo. golden decides to "operate" on the stuffed toys--glad we're not alone! She"s beautiful.

We finally gave up purchasing stuffed toys - oh, my gosh - the pictures bring back floods of memories. I think you need the Dog Whisperer - no, I KNOW you need him!

Now, you see, this is why i prefer cats!! But then, don't be fooled; they do their share of damage but are MUCH more sneaky about it. Someday dh and I will agree on a dog we both like. I think Cotton would get my vote! Not sure I am up to 'raising' a puppy! very happy for you CindyLoo

Cindy...I'm not sure where else to post this...that "kitchen tool" picture you posted...it's NOT a food item!! That is a dog grooming tool. It's intended to get the tangles out of long haired pooches. The blades face OUT so it doesn't cut their skin!! BUT maybe it can be a crossover kitchen tool? Lol! :-)

Hi Cindy, yeah, the treat is something like that only with chocolate and without using marshmallows. I love your Marley dog! Great photos...especially the one with the glasses, she reminds me of "petetie" from the little rascals! LOL

That dog couldn't be cuter if she tried!! Funny how she keeps hitting the back of your knees, I know, not funny to you but funny to hear about it! I was on my way to your X-mas card blog and saw her darling face and had to stop by and make a comment. Bye!

About Me
We moved from Clyde,Ohio in Oct. 2007. I studied and recieved my Real Estate license in KY,Oct 2008. I still currently hold my Ohio Real Estate license also. I love my AR friends but I spose I need to get back to work! Apparently I gain pounds by LOOKING at the recipes! Although homemade bread is my downfall...love to make it and call it dinner! And lots of butter! My Maiden name is CAPPS, now how wierd is that?
My favorite things to cook
There are just the 2 of us but I do cook dinner almost every night. I love easy dishes on the nights I really don't feel like cooking. Grandmommy Capps lived in Rocky Mount, NC....Sundays were a holiday! Dinner was at 2pm. Leftovers were snacks later(dark thirty)....she was a great biscuit and piemaker. Being the oldest of 23 grandchildren, I was the BEST dishwasher! Hand wash everything in a washpan! I know....you've never heard of it??? You need one to play as your wash sink, and then you rinse in the kitchen sink.....It was fun.....no air dry either....someone had to dry ALL the dishes! I love my Sis for that!
My favorite family cooking traditions
We have ham, blackeyed peas, collard greens, and corn muffins on New Year's Day for good luck! Peanut blossums are my favorite cookie for Christmas!
My cooking triumphs
"Banana Crumb Muffins" were delicious & gorgeous, looked store-bought!
My cooking tragedies
I have left the neck(in the bag) in the turkey in the past 5 years! I should know better! Always rememember to check BOTH ends of the turkey before you cook it! I'm Blonde...Sheesh!!
