Cracked Sugar Cookies I
Best Ever.Trust me I had tried a ton of cookie recipes and these turn out perfect every time.I too substituted cream of tartar,caause i didnt have any .Awesomest cookies ever.I couldnt keep my hands off of them!Thanks for sharing the recipe.
